Let’s make olive oil
A workshop where we will see how olives are harvested on our estates. We will follow the entire process all the way to the mill, where we will observe the milling process.
Thanks to the adaptation of the machinery we have carried out to suit our needs and philosophy, the mill’s reduced size allows for a very particular and close-up view of how we make our olive oil.
Includes
A walk through the estates while we observe our farmers harvesting the olives. We will talk about interesting facts and anecdotes and continue the visit to the mill, which we will tour while seeing the process firsthand.
