Tasting among ancestral olive trees
We invite you to enjoy a tasting and a walk among olive trees. This experience takes place in our own estates, home to ancestral olive varieties recovered from our region.
You will discover corners with centuries-old olive trees, dry-stone walls, and a working environment that combines tradition and modernity.
We will taste 3 organic Olicatessen olive oils, including 1 oil made from recovered ancestral varieties. The tasting is guided and uses professional tasting glasses, although it can also be paired with bread.
The tasting will be completed with a pairing of our products: olive spread, olives and chocolate cream (subject to availability).
