La Brostada
We will discover plants—often called weeds—that grow along field edges or in cultivated land, and which have great value both for medicinal and culinary uses.
We will learn about the ways we can use them and how to enhance their properties or flavors with extra virgin olive oil.
Includes
A walk around the land where, in addition to strolling among olive trees, we will observe which plants are sprouting, identify the main ones, and learn about their properties.
You will take home an information sheet on the main plants with suggested uses and recipes.
Booking
Advance booking is required, and schedules can be arranged, always bearing in mind that this is a seasonal workshop, which can only be offered during periods when the plants have sprouted.
