Visit to the olive trees followed by a workshop where we will learn how to make an oil lamp.

Learn how to prepare your own canned olives, a simple and creative way to add your favourite flavours to table olives.

Let’s make olive oil
During the olive harvesting season (from early to mid-October to the end of November), you can learn first-hand how extra virgin olive oil is produced. From harvesting the olive on the farm to grinding it in the mill.
