The Culinary Institute repeats its visit at Els Torms

As we told you some days ago, this March we are doing some tastes. Last Tuesday 6th of March came to the mill 26 students form the Culinary Institute of New York to visit the fields, the mill and to do a taste.

This is the fourth consecutive year that they are coming to visit us but they still surprise us for their involvement, their interest in the territory and the organic agriculture, the exigency they request on the products and the worked skills they have when doing the taste.
