Aromatic herbs are inseparable from our gastronomy. In addition to providing freshness and intensity, its properties have health benefits.
The tangerine and sajolida seasoning is our organic extra virgin olive oil with mandarin and sajolida essential oil, also organic.
Sajolida, “the herb of the olives”, has traditionally been used as a fertilizer, but it has many culinary applications. Mushrooms, potatoes and sausages are the natural allies of this oil. Due to the presence of mandarin, also for the preparation of vinaigrettes and for dressing olives.
It is ideal for:
- Ideal for sautéing all types of mushrooms
- Eggplant tartar. Season the aubergine, once steamed or grilled.
- To dress sausages
- It is the perfect partner for chicken (macerate the chicken for a couple of hours and you can put it directly in the pan, or make a stew)
- Goes well with cod (ideal in green salads with cod shavings and green pepper)
- And par excellence, honoring the sajolida, to dress and season the olives.

Use it to marinate and macerate meat, fish and vegetables, to add to vinaigrettes and as a spray to flavor dishes.
The seasoning replaces the mandarin and sajolida, it DOES NOT replace the oil, it complements it.
