What is and how do we use olicatessen chocolate cream?

Our cream is made with milk chocolate, cane sugar, Lleida hazelnuts and Olicatessen extra virgin olive oil

All ingredients are of certified organic origin.

An exquisite sweet, served cold, or used in pastry recipes

Hazelnut flavor, dense creaminess that melts in the mouth, juicy cocoa. A delicacy that improves desserts, snacks and breakfasts for children and those who are not so young.

The only added fat is extra virgin olive oil olicatessen, thus making, apart from being delicious, a dish that is much healthier and more nutritious, and easier to digest.

Suggested uses and pairings:

  • For breakfast or snack toasts
  • To fill and/or cover cakes, cakes, muffins and melindros
  • To decorate fruit salads or dessert dishes.
  • Sweeten yogurts
  • Add to the cream, before whipping. Result: chocolate cream!
