The month of January is a month of vegetative rest.
The days are short and cold.
The olive tree slows the absorption of nutrients, has truly little physiological activity and its activity is slowed to a minimum. Leaves seem to fade (change shade of green)
It is a month, after harvest, the tree rests. And we leave them alone.
We also have to recover.
