The Counselor of Agriculture, Josep Maria Pelegrí, visited us last Monday, the 4th of July, in order to deseal one of the diposits of the oil rewarded as ” Best Organic Olive oil of Spain ” of the campaign 2010-2011.
It has been a small very informal and intimate event.
The mayor of Els Torms, Mr Joan Masip Guiu has received the guests (Mr Josep Lluís Balsells, President and of Mr Xavier Pelegrí, manager of the Regional Advice of Les Garr***es, Josep Maria Guiu, president of the Cooperative of the Torms Corp., etc) and we have received the visit and support of the Neighbors of the Els Torms and of the peoples of around.
In these lands things like that do not happen every day!
Mr. Counselor has wanted to know firsthand the system of agriculture and of production that we do and the secrets of the varietales that we are recovering.
After the visit at the facilities we have done an olive oil taste and have drink with cava and eat few small delights that there has prepared by Ramona (I promise recipe shortly!) of the typical delices of Les Garr***es.
