Clean carefully the cucumbers and cut into strips with a potato peeler.
Place the strips on a flat tray, so the sauce can cover everything.
In a bowl put a Greek yogurt (with no sugar!), some mint leaves and almonds. Mince well and when we have a homogeneous mass, cover with the sauce the cucumber muddles.
Before serving, well dress with Olicatessen Olive Oil..
