Description
Arbequina live harvested in mid-November. It is a mature olive oil, sweet and very few spicy.
Use: Ideal for sweet salads, fruits, to make sauces, mayonnaise, confectionery, and ice cream.
Taste notes: At nose very aromatic that reminds to almond and hazelnuts, tomato plant and banana. At mouth is smooth and subtle, has a silky and elegant entrance.
