Use to marinate and macerate meats, fish and vegetables, to add to vinaigrettes and use in spray to finish and aromatize dishes.
The seasoning-condiment replaces the rosemary DOES NOT REPLACE the oil, it complements it.
Uses in the kitchen – pairing:
- To braise and roast the lamb. Paint or marinate with the seasoning before cooking.
- With white meat (rabbit, chicken …). It can be sautéed directly or marinated a few hours before.
- Highly recommended for pastries (in brioches ½ of oil and ½ of seasoning) and for butter cookies only a few drops are needed.
- To dress the cheeses.
- Vinaigrette. 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon of rosemary seasoning, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, salt to taste and a pinch of pepper.
