And to close this forum, we are HUGE grateful that a space has been created where women who work in the world of oil have been able to make our role visible, so that girls and boys of today and tomorrow have female references also in the world of oil. and especially in the primary sector and the rural world in general, what a good need we do!
We need to attract talent and youth!
Women represent a little more than 50% of the population. And the woman is also a CONSUMER and also a BUYER of this product. Therefore, we should be contributing something to the world of oil, because we see-value in a different way. Neither better nor worse.
6:00 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.: Oil is also a women’s thing: female experiences in olive growing.
