Vegetal mouse of intensa aroma, herbaceous and fresh. Slightly salty taste with notes of bitterness. The taste of boneless olives, intense, concentrated and with a texture extremely pleasant to the palate.
Uses in the kitchen – pairing:
- Ideal for pizzas, pasta (apply as pesto).
- To season vegetables, salads, meats and white fish. Add a tablespoon of olives to the vinaigrette. It gives all the flavor of the olive without the discomfort of the bone.
