Ingredients:
250 milliliters of water
100 g of sugar (with cane sugar it looks great too!)
1 lemon juice
1 teaspoon grated salt
150 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil with organic blend of olicatessen
1.5 tablespoons mascarpone
And now the elaboration.
• Boil water with sugar until dissolved.
• Let it turn cold.
• Add lemon juice, salt, oil and mascarpone.
• Beat until completely homogeneous.
• Put in the ice cream maker.
And from there, imagination! In cup or flight, more romantic or more rustic, with or without cookie, decorated with umbrella or serpentine.
