The heat is coming, good weather and the desire for ice cream! So why not make a sorbet very easy?

Hands on.

Ingredients:
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • 100 g of sugar (with cane sugar it looks great too!)
  • 1 lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon grated salt
  • 150 milliliters of extra virgin olive oil with organic blend of olicatessen
  • 1.5 tablespoons mascarpone
And now the elaboration.

• Boil water with sugar until dissolved.
• Let it turn cold.
• Add lemon juice, salt, oil and mascarpone.
• Beat until completely homogeneous.
• Put in the ice cream maker.

And from there, imagination! In cup or flight, more romantic or more rustic, with or without cookie, decorated with umbrella or serpentine.
