What is and how do we use mint seasoning?

Aromatic herbs are inseparable from our gastronomy. In addition to providing freshness and intensity, its properties have health benefits.

The mint seasoning is our organic extra virgin olive oil with peppermint essential oil, also organic.

Aromatic, refreshing and healing, mint has a unique character with great versatility in the kitchen.

It is ideal for:

  • Legumes (peas, chickpeas, white beans…)
  • Vegetable creams
  • Watermelon carpaccio with cottage cheese
  • Hummus
  • It can also add surprising nuances to your vinaigrettes, mayonnaise or yogurts

Use it to marinate and macerate meat, fish and vegetables, to add to vinaigrettes and as a spray to flavor dishes.

The seasoning replaces the mint, it does NOT replace the oil, it complements it.
