Use to marinate and macerate meats, fish and vegetables, to add to vinaigrettes and use in spray to finish and aromatize dishes.
The seasoning-condiment replaces the basil DOES NOT REPLACE the oil, it complements it.
Uses in the kitchen – pairing:
- Add some drops at tomato salad with avocado and cheese.
- To make the tomato sauce, you can fry the onion with it.
- To macerate the chicken a couple of hours with the basil condiment and directly to the sauté/ oven /barbecue.
- Can be added to “picada (garlic and nuts), delicious on pasta.
- With the eggplant, at the pizza and with hummus… ummhhh
- Always incredible, in vinaigrettes.
